    Hi all,

I've been riding for years, but just got my first Bonneville a year ago. The 2020 T120 Ace had my name on it. I have to say, I love it. I do most of my riding in the Northern California area, please don't hold being California resident against me, only work keeps me here! Can't wait to dig into the posts.

There's nothing wrong with California in my book. Look at the colour of that sky in your photo. You don't often see it that hue in Grimethorpe, nothing against residents of Grimethorpe of course! ;)

    Hi Jinx! :)
That zip code puts you in the Shingle Springs area - an area I know very well from numerous visits. There's not much wrong with large parts of that area of California .... Marlene and Glen's diner in Plymouth for breakfast; the Spinetta Art Gallery and winery on Steiner Road, a few hours riding around the mountains before a root beer float in the sun at Sutter Creek. Happy days! Hold it against you? Only in envy. ;)

    Have fun.

I appreciate that. We often get pigeon holed due to the state politics. Weather and scenery are hard to be though!

It was a great day. Started in Cameron Park and headed west to Novato then north on Hwy 1 up to the Russian River where we rode back East and looped around heading home. About 265 miles in all, not an extreme day but great roads, fresh seafood food along the way, and got to sleep in my own bed at the end.

Welcome to the family. Great intro and terrific steed. Not sure how your zip code works but here people who mistakenly show their post code puts their bike at risk from thieves looking for the machine.
    Joe.

Hold it against you Jinx ? It's pissing down here. Wet leaves and mud ,from the farms, on the roads. Oh and lets not forget the pot holes in our wonderful Devon lanes. I wish I was riding in California.
Nearly forgot, a huge welcome to the forum from cold ,wet England.

Thank you! I have family in England.... well, mine's all past, but the wife's side. We were over there a couple of summers ago now. We were supposed to be back this summer and then....
