Hi all, just a quick hello. just put a deposit on a 2009 bonneville se in black with some extras fitted. Hopefully the old bike will sell sooner rather than later, coz I can't wait to hit the road. I'll post some pics as soon as I get my grubby little mitts on my new toy
Until this summer I had a1996 Honda vfr 750. But it was starting to get uncomfortable on longer rides. I tried a few mods, but it didn't really improve things much. So while I was on a charity ride I tried a mates cruiser for a bit. It was like sitting in a big comfy armchair, so the Honda got replaced with a Suzuki vl1500. But after doing about 700 miles I've decided it's not for me, it's not lot of fun on most of the roads near me and biking is all about the fun for me. I'm hoping that the bonny will give the grin factor that everybody talks about.
I’m sure it will be, I’ve not heard any bad things about them from owners, in fact only owners stating how good they are. I reckon over the cruiser it was a good decision.
