I chose my own gift this year.
Thought you guys might fancy one as well?
Instead of socks, pants & £1 Shop aftershave o_O

Only £22.99 on Amazon for the 80m version. Last time I looked at these they were £100's even for DIY use quality.

Brilliant bit of kit... I have a basic Leica one with bluetooth, take a pic with the phone app and put sizes straight on the pic! Use it very regularly with work measuring up jobs.

My 10m tape measure dropped a bollock today dilli.
A decent quality replacement was £21.99 (only £1 less than the laser measure)
Watch the video mate & see if you'd still rather use a tape measure for bigger jobs?

As I'm not a fan of technology. I'll still be double checking with a tape measure to begin with.

The lasers do have drawbacks.... try measuring across a table top for example? I always have a laser and an 8 meter fat max when out measuring and a 6 inch steel rule is a permanent fixture in my work trousers

Childish, but still smiled at the 6” steel rule in your trousers :D I still use the set square version for most jobs in my home workshop, very handy

As DD says 6" is useful but my 12" does twice the job, though to be honest I dont normally use it as a rule :p:p:D

    Congratulations lads.

I tried to offer you a handy alternative to socks, pants etc for Fathers Day.

Before the end of the first page it's turned into schoolboy sniggering about dicks!

A shining example of The Triumph Forum at its very best! :joy:
