Afternoon all, I'm what I like to think of as a "soon to be" Triumph owner - I'm split between two bikes, a 2011 1050 and 2015 Explorer. Former has about 30k miles, explorer is mid 50's. I like to do a lot of work myself so I'm not particularly fussy with higher mileage machines provided I know what I'm letting myself in for - provided it doesn't mean splitting the thing in half to do it (looking at you, GS). I've yet to see either in person but I really like the Explorer - is there anything worth looking out for when I go to view it? I've read of some Gen1 header issues (which by 2015 I believe were cleared up?) but just wanted "those in the know" to hopefully give some advice. I've searched all over this weekend but some issues seem to be "hit and miss" and down to luck, poor maintenence or general faults - but these Gen1's seem to be relatively solid otherwise.
