explorer screen adjuster

when i was at the bmf show i saw a stand with a 1200 explorer on it, the screen had a height adjuster. the owner said it came from europe from a chap making them, he said he found it on an add or something on the triumph forum, does anybody know about this adjuster, as i would like one.

 

i have seen the palmer version, but the one this giy had was much neater, thanks
