I have a 59 SE and changed battery in july last, may not be relevant.
I know the starting procedure is silly (retro?) But i appear to have high fuel consumption!
I use the bike mostly for short journeys but the occasional trip out. Full tank rarely gets 90 miles at best often down to 80ish.
    Any ideas?

How much is a tank costing to fill up? Check the mileage between fill ups and how much you’re putting in and do your calculations on that.

I rarely get much more than 100 out of my 2010 SE even when I it fill to the brim. Admittedly I'm not a bimbler, so expect fairly high consumption. If you're filling it below the brim, e.g. when the nozzle first says 'no more, thank you', then try squeezing more in.
