Hi all, I have a Daytona 955i 2002 Centennial edition and the crank shaft has sheared off on the started clutch end. Triumph will give me a new crank but I've been quoted £2880 by one of their dealerships to do the repair. So, I'm gonna swap out the engine for either another Daytona 955i '02 CE or something else that fits the frame. My question is what fits what? I guess the engine has to be 2002 or newer for fuel injection etc so can I fit a newer (02-05) Daytona or Speed Triple 955i into the frame and what, if any, problems might I find in doing this? Any help/advice on this is very much appreciated.
