Usual trick with the engine management light is to give it three 'cold -warm - cold' cycles which usually sorts it out. Worked on my '02 Daytona 955i and has worked for others. It may also help with the other warning lights as well, although I have no experience of them. (Traction control? Sport mode? Never had the pleasure I'm afraid).

This is just one reason why I think starting the bike over winter without riding it is a bad idea. Hope you get it sorted.
