Hi all, as I understand it its the end of the line for the current crop of scramblers which is a pitty because I am not so keen on the look of the proposed new ones (just my opinion of course). However now I have been back on a bike after a break of a few years I'm considering buying a second bike something a bit more sporty quite possibly a speed triple:) So I'm just wondering how many people on here own more than one bike and if they get much use out of both bikes?

I have a ST3 for fun rides :D and ride older bikes on dry sunny days or classic bike meets. It's always good to have a choice and if you can why not :)

Thanks for the input lads I won't be getting the second bike until spring next year but at least it will give me winter to have a look around.

Always good to take time and do some homework on prices, plenty of bargain ST3 out there :)

Currently got 4 but only 2 on the road, America and a KTM enduro. Both get plenty of use, Triumph through the summer and KTM all year, but mainly when is gets a bit yucky out.
Like to add another next year, a muscle bike or similar , just for quick road blasts .

So yeah, go for it. Maybe not 11, as you then have to mot a bike nearly every month ! ! !

I had three at one point - the Tiger a Trident 900 and a Royal Enfield 500. The more the merrier!
Actually two bikes is a good number - I've just got the Tiger and a Bonneville now - a perfect combination and both get ridden equally at the moment. The bonnie will stay indoors on crap weather days though.

I have just the one Thruxton but my wife has a Vespa that we use to go into central London on together so it feels like two. It works well too as they are so different.

I've only had the Thruxton a month and now I want a Bobber, oops.
