    Suzuki GS750. 78.
I have a strange problem with the rear light.
After fixing a brake switch I set up the new headlight and put everything back, to test.
    Everything works :):):):).
    Except!
When I switch on the lights the rear light may not come on, if it is tapped very lightly on it comes and wont go off, until switched off. I oiled the spring, cleaned the contacts, even soldered more on to the end of the bulb connectors to increase contact.
It's such a light touch it needs, that I think I could leave it, and the first rev or movement of the bike would put it on.
Brake lights work on same bulb.
    Any ideas?

Is the bulb a snug fit in the holder? Sometimes it’s necessary to squash the holder in a little so it holds the bulb firmly. Can’t think of anything else unless it’s a bad earth?
