Then see if you can get used to it the way it is....you don’t say if you’ve ridden both?
If not then have a look at your mates Rocket and see what it would entail to copy his bikes set up can’t think that it would be too difficult to achieve
This way your not depriving yourself from the Rocket experience while you source the parts that you need
