Daytona 955i Seat Cowl Wont Lock?

Hi Guys.

Well my Daytona arrived this morning and all is right with the world again

One issue you may be able to help with (PLEASE) And sorry if its been covered on this forum, but couldn't see it anywhere?

The bike came with a nice seat cowl, which I wasn't even expecting! trouble is it fits on ok, nice and flush, but it doesn't lock into place? so I imagine it will just fly off on my first ride!!!

Any fix for this issue? or did I do something wrong? its like the fixing bolt isn't long enough to engage into the lock for the pillion seat.
