I had a very stubborn swing arm spindle on an enduro bike. It was rusted in and turned to to be bent too ! I leant the bike over with lots of penetrating oil (3 in 1) left overnight. Possibly for each side. I then loosened the nut and placed an aluminium block over the to protect it and kept hitting it with a big hammer. It eventually shiffed and loosened a little. I then knocked it through using a drift (socket extension etc)
You may need a support on the opposite side if hammering to make it more effective. Also worth double checking there is nothing mechanical stopping it moving !
