Our youngest son spent the day with us on Christmas day.
He lives alone and has no television.
After dipping in and out of what was on offer throughout the day, he abandoned the novelty and we sat and played board games, as is usually the case.
He is adamant that he will not be looking to subsidise the BBC for yet another year.
I'm not at all certain that we don't simply renew our licence out of habit?
We will look more closely when the time comes.

If I paid for our TV license I think I would seriously be looking at binning it. But, as my wife pays for it we'll no doubt be keeping it. She wouldn't want to put up with the possible hassle of threatening letters arriving etc.

Tonight on BBC2 at 22:00 Nine lives of Ozzy Osbourne.
Now that could be quite interesting/funny or it could just be totally stupid. Think I might just watch that and find out.

My wife is the curious type(is there any other ?), she can't resist rushing to the door and opening the mail. :)
