Nice job! …… and the price was right too! It's always satisfying making something that works and look good whilst doing the intended job saving cash in the process.
Nice One Tez. You must have been a mech eng in a previous life. I'm looking at making a thing to reposition the front indicators on my Speedmaster, (don't fancy paying Triumph prices for something I can knock up myself and I'm not a tight aR$ed Yorkie either, just a careful Lankie)
Thanks Al ,nothing wrong with trying to save money, where are you thinking of relocating your indicators too ? are they where mine are, ? or is yours located under the handlebars at present ?
The front indicators on my Speedmaster are on bloody stupid bracket on the bars, never liked the position but it's only cosmetic. I was thinking of moving them down to the same location as per your photo, looks much better down there
Cheap way forward Al If you have open forks and plenty showing !!! look here - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RYDE-MOTO...hash=item51c6ccadee:m:mlGHHuhhL6_02VwCQ8Y3YVw
Cheers Tez. Squaredeals do a bracket that looks similar but not for my 07 model, the ones in the link are too small for my forks, they're somewhere about 60mm around the forks. thanks for the link all the same.
