I want to change my handle bars on my Thunderbird LT.
Has anyone done this the sort off bar's I am looking for have to come up about 4ins more and back about 2ins
Which would be the best bar's to get
As have just got a quote .

Hope you are all sitting down

It was for £645 for new handle bars and break lines and clutch lines and Labour.

How much! cant you just find the bars you like and then buy the cables/hoses to fit ....if actually needed and fit yourself?

£645 sounds rather extortionate for brake hoses and clutch cable, Goodridge hoses will cost you about £30 the cable should be around the same the bars perhaps £50-60 max and bleeding and fitting should take no more than an hour say £80-100 max.
