Chain Adjustment Housing

Hi All, I’ve just bought a 2011 speed triple and I’ve just adjusted the chain on my bike and have tightened the adjuster clamp bolt to specified nm but there is a slight gap in the adjuster housing is this normal.

Do you mean the horizontal gap in the end of the swingarm ?

Assuming you mean the gap in the rear of the hub. Normal, otherwise it couldn't function as a pinch assembly
