Hi all, So this winter I'm thinking of doing a few cosmetics to my Bonneville Speedmaster EFI. I'd like to try ceramic coating the pipes with a gloss black (if I can find gloss), and also ceramic or powder coating some other bits, like my luggage rack, levers, instrument surround. Similar to the new Bonneville Black Bobber or the new blacked out Speedmaster. Anyone have any recommendations for companies? Can it go wrong? Hampshire, Dorset or Surrey best for me. Any advice helpful. Thanks! Alisdair
Did mine with satin black rattle cans Cut the chrome off the headers and wrapped them Get some cocktail shakers and everyone will love you
Looks mean dilligaf. I've got the short slashed pipes on which sound slightly less hooligan than the cocktail shakers! Have you got the British Custom cocktail shakers? or some like these: http://www.squaredeals-ltd.co.uk/bo...aster-cocktail-shaker-exhausts-two-4876-p.asp the price varies wildly.
I haven't seen that shop before, Oldyam. They've got some good deals there and plenty of options. I was looking at getting a pair of turn out pipes from Squaredeal but they sold out, they have them here in black, even though they're a bit more pricey http://www.classicbikeshop.co.uk/black-turnout-cruiser-36mm-44mm-19-inch.html Thanks for the tip will have a look around.
Yeah that's them mate Loud as hell I've got short slash TORS hanging on the garage wall...they'll go back on when I get rid of the bike
