Hopefully this is within regulations! I regularly go to a small independent garage in Kings Norton, Birmingham called C+B Mann for all my motorcycle work. I like them because they aren't a car mechanic with bikes as a side business, motorcycles are their primary work stream. Work ethic is fantastic; bike goes in, work gets done (in the time they tell you), problem is solved. Their standards are really high but aren't that expensive. Always happy to fully explain to you what they've done and why as well as point out anything they spot while they're working. I'd struggled to find places that will do ride in-ride out tyre fitting, which they do (And is how I found them to begin with). They are occasionally stereotypical grumpy Brummies who will have a good moan, but are generally really friendly and helpful guys & I take all my bikes to them for significant work. Bonus for people on here is one of the guys there was a specialist at Triumph Birmingham a few years back, so know exactly what they're doing with my Sprint 1050.
I have used this garage many times for my 900 Sprint. Pete Bevington is the owner and has a vast knowledge of older Triumphs, I dont know about the latest models. He services my bike and it runs much smoother and ticks over without stuttering now. He does MOTs and as deaks says, fits tyres etc, basically any job you need he seems capable to do.
