It’s true I went for a test ride this morning and have done a deal with my Rocket traded in Put simply I’ve not enjoyed the rocket as much as I thought I would Perhaps I bit off more than I could chew I stand by everything I said about it when I first got it but in some ways that’s part of the problem It’s a Feckin brilliant but mental bike I’ll readily admit that it scares me and I’m always worried about getting into trouble with it one way or the other I thought long and hard about this as I wanted it SO much But I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t think I can enjoy it when I’m constantly worried about out braking myself due to its weight or getting into trouble with it’s blistering performance Fantastic bike just not for me Never mind I’ll console myself in the thought that I’ve done the right thing for me
Well you’ve got to be happy Dilli, there’s no point in keeping it if you’re not and not enjoying it. Hope whatever you get instead will be better for you.
hang on it's not April the 1st, is this a wind up? Noooooo! Dilli! If it's not a wind up what ya traded it for .... one of these?
Well to say I am surprised is an understatement but there are times when you know something isn't for you & I guess being honest with yourself is all that's left , I hope it isn't because of your shoulders playing up? Hopefully the dealers haven't had your pants down on the deal either as you really can't have done many miles?
I’ve lost a bit but not as much as I thought I would The shoulders are part of the problem but I just wasn’t gelling with the bike
A wise person knows when to make a change. The Rocket is a great bike from all accounts, but that doesn't mean it's for everybody. I can't wait to see pics of your new America!!!
Thought you had been quiet for too long! I guess Dilli would have been expecting something like that!
