Thruxton Buzz At 4k Rpm

Hello I ride a 2019 Thruxton TFC. Had my bike for a few months now. I don’t really like the buzz I feel on the grips at around 4k rpms as its around the cruising speed on the freeways here. Dealer said it was normal and present on all thruxtons.

Wondering if a dyno or decat will improve it or its inherent to the engine design? It goes away at 5k and comes back again near redline.
