Broadband/phone

My Mrs has just got a deal with Sky to renew 40 mbps broadband, line rental & anytime calls for £28, up from £25.65, any one know if I could do better?
I wont have Virgin, Talk Talk or B.T/EE/Plusnet (all B.T.), any other idea's welcome.
Most others including above came out at around the £40(ish), thats 1/2 the road tax for Phoenix!
I don't have Sky TV either, cant see the point of paying again to watch what I payed for with a licence fee years ago, last year they GAVE us Sky for 6 months, but had a hell of a job to cancel what was free!
