Braided Brake Hoses

    I wouldn't be using cheap unbranded brake lines. How much money do you actually save ? How will you feel every time you need to brake hard ?

    Buy secondhand Goodridge lines on ebay which are too long then shorten them:) easy to do and cost effective if on a budget:cool:

    Personally I would go for a well known brand and buy new as things that are cheap are often cheap for a reason. I will quite happily use second hand parts in many situations but when it comes to things like brake hoses, tyres and obviously brake pads I opt for new purely so that I know it's unlikely they'll have hidden damage.

    For a safety critical item it is an utterly false economy to scrimp. You don’t need to pay silly money but ........

    Buy cheap, buy twice, that's assuming you are still in a fit enough state to make a second purchase. Buyer beware!

    I used Venhill on my project, they’re awesome, especially as you can attach the line to the banjo after securing the banjo, very useful.

    never skimp on brake related items venhill hoses great quality and not expensive,had black rear venhill on my zrx all fittings etc lovely quality,
