    Hi, Hope you can help please? Looking for torque settings for 2011 Bonne SE & thoughts on Halfords Adv. Torque Wrench 3/8" Sq. drive, 12-60N.m.? Bought: Panniers,eng. bars,sump guard,grips &summ screen in sale. Need torque wrench to complete? concern torque wrench starts 12N.m. is this okay? Help&feedback is most appreciated? ATB Andy

    Hi Andy,

    12Mn start is ok, anything lower than that can be roughly judged as "hand tight", however 60Nm max will not be enough for things like rear axle nut, not to mention front sprocket nut. I bought a Sealy 7-112nm and am quite happy about it (not enough for front sprocket, but I just "push a bit beyond it").

    You really should invest on a Haynes manual for the bike, if nothing else for the torque settings. I did however encounter a online resource for my T100 a while back:

    Shouldn't be too different for the SE. I still strongly recommend getting the Haynes manual, though.
