Bobber - Single Frond Brake Disk?

Hi all. First post in this forum. I was riding a Ducati Monster 696 but I sold it. I'm in the market for a new ride and I really like the Triumph Bobber. Just curious if the braking is OK since it has only a single front brake disk. I could just spring for the Black but wondering if it's worth the extra $$.

I mostly ride around town and short trips, < 1 hour down the highway. But maybe that'll change if I get a cruiser LOL.
