Yesterday I purchased a Triumph Rocket Tourer 2012 from Bill Smiths in Chester. The sales manager Phil Beech put the bike straight into the workshops where they serviced, MOT'd, replaced battery, set throttle bodies and supplied optimate etc. All this mid Christmas break. They even delivered the bike at 18.30hrs last evening. I can not fault the service and attitude of this dealership. Thanks all....
