I know the video is a car but listen carefully to the word's, it's a beautiful song for biker's I think.
Not listened to much Springsteen, so that's a pleasant surprise. Makes a change from "born to be wild" and "silver machine"...
It's a big change to his normal style It's from a new album coming out in June called Western Stars, I'm a massive Springsteen fan and can't wait for it to be released, every time I've seen him at a concert they had to to turn the power off to get him off stage, he gives his fans value for money .
Great to see the big man again on the sax,he was a cool guy I think it's his nephew who now plays the sax with the band
I was going to use Hawkwinds Silver machine in one of my recent vids but it got pulled off YouTube so I made it with this band doing a cover, interestingly they are called Phil Campbell and the Bastard sons, they do a brilliant rendition..dare I say even better than the original
Not a biker song as such, but a song loved by many bikers. This is what is playing in my head as I wait on start line, epic intro and track to get you get you in the right mental state to race!
When a hard rock band's 'open road' music vid. features the band playing in a truck being driven down the L.A. freeways by (the late, great) Lemmy - you KNOW it's got to be good ....
I think it was john Hopkins who used to listen to this when he was sat on the grid before a MotoGP race
