Bike Wont Start After Battery Change

    Battery died on my 2018 XRX after not being ridden much this winter. Brand new battery and engine will turn over but not fire. Fuel gauge says empty but there is plenty of fuel. Any suggestions?
    I have tried rocking the bike from side to side to get the fuel sensor to register petrol.
