I've got a bike lift up at my unit which I bought a while ago and have never used. My mate used it to change the clutch in his BMW. Anyway, I've been given notice to quit as the landlord has changed and there's a change of use coming, leaving me as surplus to requirements. I think it's a Clarkes one, good order, red. I don't really know what kind of value they have but I'm bunging it up at £100, collect from J27 M1 in Notts. Any good? Photos over the weekend. :)

If you mean a hydraulic workbench type like below, then £100 is an absolute bargain @Smilinjack They go for much more on the likes of eBay.
I’d snap your hand off if I was closer and able to pick it up. It’ll be a steal for someone.

Yeah like that. Been wondering if I can bring it down home and park my Speedy on top of it. I'm just fucked for space :(

I had an ask around for you Jack.
There was plenty of interest but they either don't have the space or the money.

I'd have thought it could be hung out of the back of a Mondeo sized hatchback?
With a rag tied to the sticking out end.
Or do they come apart easily? I can't image they get delivered fully assembled Freck.

I collected it in a Mondeo estate, swallowed it whole. I'll bring it down home and see if I can get it up one side of the garage and put a bike on top of it.

Won’t really be a bargain if I have to buy a Mondeo sized hatchback as well :p

You must have a mate with a suitable vehicle. Especially if it comes apart into bite sized chunks.

Worth van hire at that price, if it's possible to hire a van at the moment.

I will be parking my R3 on mine - if you watched strap the bed to the chassis - they do stand on end in a garage for storage.

Can I provisionally say yes to the lift as my mate is looking for one. I have just called his wife and he is out walking the dog. I will get back to you in around 1.5 hours if that is ok

You can, although I'm considering keeping it, as I posted earlier, I reckon on bringing it into my garage and standing my bike on it. :)
