Bar End Weights 2

Hi all.
Want to purchase some steel bar end weights for my Tiger 850 Sport. Easy you would say, but can’t find a supplier for weights that can be fitted if the bars have hand-guards!!
Anyone know of a type or seller that can offer this?

If you have no luck try researching using some lead weights inside the bars

 

Ah! There is a problem with that idea as there is a fixed knurled plate at the end of the bars, not allowing access for anything to be placed inside the bars!
Will probably get steel bar ends made to fit into the hand guard recess and then screw into the plate...

 

Try checking motorcycle accessory stores or websites for bar end weights that work with hand guards.

 

Yup, I’m doing that! If I can find weights that son’t have stems, and have the right diameter, and are steel, then I’m home and dry!
If not I’ll get a couple made...
