Mine are not too loud without the baffles but it pops and bangs quite a bit on the over run. Personally I prefer them in but cut down by a couple of inches to remove the restriction at the inner end of the tube.

RUN THEM AND SEE OR LISTEN fOR YOUSELF
best way I think nothing compares to listening to your own bike when you turn the key and hit the button

It's a personal thing but I found mine too loud without baffles. They're back in now with the end cut off.

I think they sound great without baffles. Spent some time following Anthony Gothard tother day and it's a lovely sound, especially on overrun with the burbling and popping.

Kevin.... No you will not have to put another map on the ecu for taking baffles out. i too was concerned but Youles Triumph, from where i bought my bike say it is the same map with or without baffles.
There are as i am aware only two maps for the speed triple, one for standard cans, one for arrows.
not sure which map other brands of cans are using. if you look on tune ecu, they too are only listing two maps.
just clocked up 3000miles on mine today with baffles out from new, no issues at all.
DO IT...You know you want to, and there are a lot of bikes out there an awful lot louder too.

Hi Kevin, sorry i misread your post, i thought you already had the arrows on.

Im not sure but would think it be fine to run with the arrows on with the map you have, but would benefit from the arrows map to adjust fueling.
Do you have the tune ecu program and hardware, or anyone nr you. if so just put latest map on ecu.
Not sure what bike you have or how old but whenever i take mine in for a service they check for the latest arrows map and install if its newer...no charge
but if you dont get serviced at triumph the tune ecu is the way to go
    hope this helps

Make sure you save your map first, before tweaking. Good luck

Does the low boy system have a baffle?

Yes, I believe it's not removable on that system though. But you get headers without the cat and a dedicated map for that system. Designated "track only" and only one silencer, so would expect it to be fairly loud in any case.
