Ok. I put an arrows can on Tracey my 2012 tiger, no abs, didn’t remap it for a few months but have done now as, there was a bit of roughness in the higher revs and the fuel consumption was pretty bad. The arrows map from TuneECU has sorted the roughness but fuel consumption is still down about 15-20% is this normal? Previously I’d get around 200 miles to the tank now it’s 160 ish, anyone with same can/map and experience? don’t compare with later models cos their mpg is a lot better.
Reading on the Tiger800 forum over the years peeps have reported less mpg after fitting after market cans but15-20% seems excessive. Something like 4-6 mpg less seemed to be the norm. Your not giving the old girl a few more berries cos the zorst note sounds fruitier
Don’t think so, can’t hear it anyways with ear plugs in. Leaving the baffle in, one voiciforous bike in the shed is enough!!
