Anyone following Le Tour de France?

    Apart from the amazing scenery in the Alps today I am staggered at the speed those guys descend on tyres millimeters wide. I'm not sure I could keep up with them on any motorcycle so kudos as well to the motorcycle riders.

    A splendid example to other sportsmen. They fall off, covered in blood and get up and just carry on.

    Full respect to the motorbike riders too, I was at the Irish an post rus bike race this year and as thrilling it was watching the bikes the motorbike marshals ( all or most were motorbike Garda on holiday to do race) did a great job warning of hazards and keeping up with the pace, I don't know if they still do it but the motorbikes with the pillion sitting backwards filming, sod that......
