My 2011 sprint gt has been a great buy.
I I have got to know it well I wonder whether I could improve the rider positioning a bit more. So I am here for advice.

It came with the simple bar riser conversion already fitted. It's pretty good. But on longer rides my wrists hurt and I think even about 3cm higher and slightly back would make a big difference.

The ABM kit conversion does away with the clip on handlebars and fits a long pipe style handlebar kit. The ABM kit comes with a yoke etc.

Is ABM the right way to go or do people recommend something else?

Does this kit work with the heated grips. Some sources say it does. Some say not.

Are the new bars more prone to vibration?

Is it worth doing for the £300 outlay?

I know, we are all different. I cannot make up my mind so I'm looking for more data.

    Thanks.

@Stu9000 Hope someone comes up trumps for you. But if it helps the wrists go for it. Comfort is every thing.
