hi - just joined the forum having brought a 1700 Thunderbird last August. Having chrome flaking and wheel corrosion issues which I am trying to resolve with Triumph dealer - but still riding with a smile on my face! Hard to get used to no protection, having come from the protection a Goldwing gives you to flycatching on the Commander
Welcome to the Asylum you should fit right in. We will need photos too keep the inmates happy. Hope it's black Tucker
couldnt get an all black one - they searched all over Europe apparently for me - have the black with grey piping which I think sets it off quite nicely
Welcome from another new member. I have a 2014 T-Bird Commander in the same colors. You'll love the bike, it's such a pleasure to drive. I thought I had pits on my real wheel, but now I'm starting to wonder. I spent a couple of hours using a meal polish and got rid of most of it, but couldn't get the last little bit. Check out this thread and see if it looks like your problem. https://www.thetriumphforum.com/thr...h-your-triumph-today.219/page-416#post-178582
