How do I get the db killers out of the twin arrows
I've undone the bolt and pulled as hard as I can but they won't budge . I'm starting to loose my patience with them and they're only 30 miles old so don't want to damage them . Come on what's the secret ??

I used an old steel coat hanger. Straightened it out then put a bend in each end. Threaded it in to the baffle and hooked it through one of the holes in the side of the tube. It won't go all the way through due to the end being reduced in dia. Then clamp a pair of mole grips to the other end that you have bent over and gently tap/pull it out with a hammer.

They will come out, they are just a tight interference fit.

I'm sure my dealer said they have to be removed before fitting, from the other end?

I can't see how they would come out the other end

I think there tacked into place, and have to be hit out from the other end. With a drift I guess

If you've removed the screws they will come out, they're just a tight fit. If the coat hanger method doesn't work it might be easier to remove the cans, you can then tap them out with a broom handle from the engine side. Only 2 screws each side to remove rear plastic panels, then 1 bolt holding each end can.
p.s. they're not tacked in (other than screw heads), just a tight fit.

They are so tight that the best way to get them out is to remove the silencer and insert something like a broom handle into the silencer and ram them out in the direction of the gas flow. That's how I got mine out for a run on Sunday but I found the bike too loud so put em back in. They were fitted without securing screws and I could only get one of them secured with a screw, the other one seems blanked off with a weld I couldn't shift.

I had to pull mine back off and knock them out with a drift from the inlet side after removing the screws. I suppose it could be accomplished with a hook on a wire hanger, but it was so easy to just pull the cans back off and not risk scratching something up or punching myself in the face when the hanger let go ;)
