    That's a good question..I cant get into the garage to find out at the moment...
    Average ignition barrel size I guess.....

    Much bigger than the diameter of a 12g shell case.
    But there's nothing to stop you cutting out a circular piece of alloy a bit bigger than 30mm. With an appropriate size hole in the centre for a 12g shell case.

    Ask @Eldon nicely & he may do the whole job for you? He has a lathe & he shoots :)
