    Why buy when you can be tight, Yorkshire tight!
    Decided today I needed a pair of soft pannier frames but couldn't be arsed buying any.....
    Borrowed exibit 'a' and made a pair of frames

    Bit of cut down tubing and a repair washer will do it...

    3/4 of a god dam day, but what the hell it's only to paint now
