Alpinestar Andes Drystar Jacket & Trousers

Liked the look, fit and features of these, and not too daft on price.
However, not quite so keen on finding myself wetter than the front row at a Beiber concert after an hour in the wet.
Admittedly it was hammering down, and I was mostly on the motorway so wide open to it & at higher speeds.
What troubles me most is that i had a good look at it when i got off, and couldn't work out where it was coming in. The inner flap & zip all seemed dry enough, but underneath my guts where soaked.
The trousers where good, didn't have anything come through.
I think i'll be taking them back and swapping out for something else.
sigh....
