We noticed that no-one in the biking press seems to have taken a good look at airbags.... both the on-bike and off-bike ones.....but the technology may be coming to us all sooner than you think...... There are a few scattered small articles, but little in the way of hard information; do they work? How much energy can they take out of an accident? What is available and how much does it cost? How easy is the technology to live with? Will they ever be made compulsory?
