if there are no administrators or only one left perhaps before its to late they need to appoint some more? Or vote for Anarchy in the UK
Having another couple wouldn't hurt. Just to deal with spam or move topics to the right spot. As to behaviour doesn't seem to be any bad behaviour on here at all ( from the short time I've been here) After all it's not like bike chat forums or the MCN one
