I snagged an ABBA stand at the NEC recently, with fittings no. 052 - the correct number for my 2018 Street Triple R (having subsequently checked with ABBA). My problem, though, is that however many times I try I can't manage to get the stand securely on the bike such that I can then lift it off the ground. The problem is that the fitting on the left hand side always seems to detach from the swing arm nut.

I'm sure it's me, but is anyone using the stand successfully on the same bike? if so, did you have any difficulties initially?

Pretty much everything, actually. Oh, and I did have a minor incident after forgetting to put the sidestand back down, but we won't mention that :scream:

Yeah ,they are a little tricky on your own, for me its the worry of scratching the bodypanels getting it in place, much easier with one man /person /female / lesbian / gay / bi / trans / sexual / gender, each side to guide the spacers into the swing arm pivots.
