    Nice vids. I’ve done that col a couple of times, neither time on a Triumph though. I’ll have to back on the striple for a go. :yum

    We were doing the route de grande alps and had come up from Menton, the weather got the better of us at Briancon though and we had to finish the route the following year.

    Thanks I did wonder. Pity about the wind noise on the video would have been good to have heard the old girl growling.....

    That's the problem with wearing the camera on my head. I used to have a camera mounted to my Sprint with an extended mic and the engine note on that was beautiful

    Yep that is what I do with my Ghost HD. Mount it on the bike (currently on the engine bars on my tiger sport) and run a remote mic behind the screen or somewhere out of the wind on the bike. Love to hear the engine noise on the video.

    Better than wind noise! I'm mounting it on the bars on my Bonnie so I can run an external mic, that should improve the soundtrack!
