Today is remembrance Day in the Netherlands. We pay homage to all who perished in WW II and other conflicts. I, for one, would like to thank all British, American, Canadian and who knows how many other gi's of unmentioned nationalities for our freedom. Above is a photo of our king laying a wreath in their honour in dam square. We are all quiet and still for two minutes in appreciation of the sacrifices made. Thank you. Tomorrow we celebrate our liberation and freedom.
And to all our Service Personnel who serve and allow me to be an old hippie, and spread the, Peace and Love, ready for their return to civvie street can I say, Thank You.
Vulpes I never have and I never will. I love my Country and I respect all our service personnel. The ones that gave their all so I may live fills my eyes with tears and I am glad as I then know I care. God bless them all. Regards Joe.
