Following the Haynes manual it says to remove the bolt connecting the brake torque arm to the swing arm and discard it. The only bolt I can get access to is the one connecting the torque arm to the brake caliper as the one on the swing arm end is held on by a welded nut. The welded nut has a bolt running through it but no visible access to the bolt on the outside. The brake pedal assembly is possibly hiding this but there is no mention in the manual to remove it to gain access.
    Any help much appreciated
