    Part building a 650 motor, removed old bearings n seals from cases and fitted new cam bushes, thoroughly clean cases and crank, line ream the new cam bushes. Half the old sludge trap was still in the supplied crank so had to fiddle n fart getting it out before being able to build crank with new shells n used rods with new trap (rods crack tested)

    Split cases again and fitted the new bearings for crank and gearbox, a drop of Wellseal and cases back together, fitted gears back in the box and the gearbox middle bearing carrier has come back after reaming out the quadrant pin hole as i didn't have the correct size one myself. I also gaped the rings redy to pop the pistons n barrels on.

    Fitted pistons to rods and timed the cams, also fitted lifter blocks into barrels.
