Hello folks, I am new to this forum and first time Triumph owner. Bought my 2023 Speedmaster with 11k miles on it second hand a few months ago. I have been riding it a decent amount and loving it.

    Background:
A month ago, it wont start at all. Headlights, taillights, brake and indicators turn on, nothing on the dash/instrument cluster and no engine whirring / clicking. Checked battery was good. Ignitions Fuse 7 was blown, I replaced and it happened again and at that point the dealer identified a short and fixed it.

When taking delivery from dealer, I noticed, the indicator lights no longer working. When I brought back to them, they initially thought its a fuse issue, and then said the bike wont cut off ignition even with the Ignition switch off (key in off), nor with the kill switch, nor with stand down.

Dealer claims to be investigating this ever since (4 weeks now) and still not resolution. The dealer noticed a leaking stator dripping oil to the rectifier and replaced that under warranty. I saw some generic posts (liked below) of this issue on other bikes, and the obvious culprits to check and eliminate seem to be the stuck solenoid, bad ignition switch, short or ground issue at some connectors. The dealer claims it could even be an issue with the ECU??

Here's the problem I seek advice on:
    • Is this a known / common issue with triumphs? I checked with 2 dealers in my state and no one seems to have heard about this issue before
    • What is the course of action that the dealer tech should follow? that is what things should they have eliminated as causes and in what sequence?
    • I am not getting any details from the technician, just garbage blah from the service desk, and so seeking advice if anyone has brought this up to any dealer/ corporate before
I am not handy at all with electrical circuit checking (I did the basic battery check and fuse replacement, but removing the panels and accessing all wiring was beyond me).

Any recommendations / advice is much appreciated.
