I was wondering if Triumph had changed anything (apart from colour schemes) between the 2020 Speedmaster and the 2021 Speedmaster.

the reason I ask is I’m looking at buying. A Speedmaster and like the 2020 black and white scallops design, and wondered if there were any changes for the 2021 models. If there are no changes, then I would be looking at buying a 2020 model in the colour scheme I prefer (they have dropped this for the 2021...and have black and white tank that looks like an upturned pint of Guinness to me....I prefer the white scallops above the tank!)

    Thanks all

Now has Showa cartridge forks (so presumably better suspension), comfort seat comes as standard, and improved pillion seat. The 1200 engine tweaked for faster 'spin up' (though weather that's noticeable in riding I doubt it).

Info got from YouTube video about the new 2021 Triumph range.

Showa forks was news to me, but engine tweak and comfort seats were the release improvements. If your under 100kg, get the one that you like. If over, test ride the new one to see if it makes any difference.
You’re still going to want the scolloped tank :p, @brown mouse and I love ours, but did a number for pillion riding.

Thanks to you both for the update.
Looks like I will need to spend the extra money and go for a 2021 model..... and maybe even think of getting the tank airbrushed with the scallops. Good thing I know a good airbrush artist!

I love the B&W tank. They still make the 2 tone, but for some reason changed the shapes where it is more of a straight line between the colors. I prefer the scallop design.

If I ever get bored, I know a good airbrush guy too. You gotta have one!
