my 2019 Speed Twin won't start. I have a good charged battery. I checked all fuses and electrical connections I could see. when I go to start it I don't have a neutral light, or any bars on the gas gauge. also I don't hear the usual fuel pump noise. also I checked for codes and got a P1698. the bike's headlight never dims when I try to start it. it acts like I don't have power to part of the starting system. anybody had this problem or heard of this before? I don't want to take it to the dealership if it's just a bad ground or something that I could easily take care of myself.
Do you have a voltmeter? What does your battery read across the terminals with the ignition and headlight ON Since your Neutral Light not on (and your other symptoms), it appears you have no ignition circuit power - unfortunately I can't provide any specific direction in that regard, I don't have a schematic for that bike.
I'd just take it to the dealers tbh as its a warranty issue. Start going too deep, triumph may say that you've caused it by fiddling etc. Not definitely but possible from them. Certainly get it logged with them asap! Welcome to the forum btw!
