Sidestand switch is probably faulty. Bypass it under the seat to test. Clutch switch is shorted and needs replacing. That's your problem.

Hi I’ve shorted the clutch switch n/c to eliminate the switch which also was tested and is fine no/nc.

I’ve tested the wiring from the stand and that opens/closes on meter

    still nothing

Check the side stand relay. It's likely the culprit. Also, trace the wiring for any chafed or broken wires near the steering head.

If you are on Facebook, there is a link via the STRS site that gives you free access. I was unable to send you a copy of mine due to it being too large a file. However here is a link that will give you access to a wide range of models, including your machine.

@Sc03hey Don't they have a tilt switch somewhere around the front of the bike. Worth checking

Not sure about front but defo in rear I thought about that being on a stillage and being forked off at angle ,as I said never missed a beat 4 days and putting on stilage when I got bike back which is the mind boggling bit

Hi Joe, the tilt switch is located at the rear of the battery. It doesn't take much to trigger the mechanism, usually you can reset it really easily.

I came across a similar issue some years back, with the wiring behind the radiator top locating bracket. The wiring routes through a bracket along the frame headstock. Due to it being very tight, it had pulled away from a connector further in, it may be worth testing it to ensure continuity. Unfortunately, you have to remove the tank, side panels etc, and undoing the radiator top bolts will tilt the rad back enough to gain access.

Just copy the link and paste it to your laptop desktop, it will then open and give access to almost all the Triumph models.
